This offer is valid for both phone and internet orders and is applicable only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Local Pickup
We provide complimentary local pickup. Simply select the local pickup option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is prepared and ready for collection.
Should you encounter any issues or problems with a product or shipment, we urge you to contact us immediately. This will enable us to address and resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders
Currently, we do not provide international shipping options.
Refunds On Returns
To uphold our commitment to high quality and hygiene standards, we must inform you that returns of any bath and body products are not accepted due to buyer's remorse, and therefore, refunds cannot be issued in such instances. This policy ensures the protection of our product integrity and the prevention of contamination.
Refunds On Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us time to stop the shipment from leaving our studio. In such cases, we are happy to refund your money in full.*
Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once placed and paid for (in full or in part); these orders are final.
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee for certain orders exceeding $100 that have been picked and packed prior to receiving a cancellation request.
